The Tucson Medical Center New Graduate Nursing Residency Program is a one-year long program which includes: hospital orientation, skills labs, forums, interdisciplinary experiences, unit orientation with a preceptor, and monthly educational forums. We realize transition can be stressful and a little scary. This program has been designed to minimize these stresses. • Mother - Baby Unit

 Candidates are able to begin their employment once they have obtained their RN License

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Graduation from a qualified, nationally-accredited nursing program. 

EXPERIENCE: None required. No more than nine months of paid RN work experience.
