Role Description:

• Resolve routine O&M data flow problems relevant to operational system software and system environments.
• Provide written input into the development and documentation of SOPs for O&M activities.
• Setup dashboard in Elasticsearch for dataflows. 
• Configure/deploy environments using CloudFormation and Ansible.
• Develop procedures to transmit data.
• Execute SOPs for O&M activities.
• Support the testing, configuration, and implementation of data exfiltration solutions.
• Execute common Linux/bash commands.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• To be eligible for this position you must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in the field of computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, or other related scientific or technical discipline.  If the candidate does not have a Bachelor's degree, they must have (5) additional years of experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data flow operations.
• Demonstrated experience operating Linux systems with the ability to navigate and execute common Linux/bash commands.
• Demonstrated on-the-job experience with Java software development.
  
• Demonstrate ability to understand technical issues and break the problems down into steps for resolution.
• Demonstrated understanding of networking concepts including VPN, DNS, masking, NAT, Cisco Switches, firewalls, and gateways.
  
• Demonstrated experience running common networking Linux commands and operating and troubleshooting VPN software.
  
• Understanding of network engineering concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, SFTP at a minimum).
  

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with Nifi.
• Experience with Elasticsearch.
• Experience with C2S.
• Experience creating CloudFormation scripts and Ansible.
