Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • To be eligible for this position you must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and must be willing to secure and maintain CI Polygraph.
  • Work must be performed 100% onsite, however flexible work schedules are permitted.
  • Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability.
  • Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems.
  • Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
  • Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance.
  • Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.
  • 9 years and related BS degree or 7 years and MS.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Test experience with integration testing, scrum team testing, system testing, formal acceptance testing, independent verification and validation as well as operational system checkout.
  • Experience with automated testing (e.g., Selenium, JMeter).
  • Scripting or development background to optimize the recorded tests for repeatability and general hardening.

Pay Rate:

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $160,000-$185,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Navstar considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. A candidate hired into this position will also be eligible for a hiring bonus of $10,000.00, subject to certain contingencies in accordance with Navstar policy and applicable law.
