Due to our continued growth, ENERCON is seeking Electrical and Civil/Structural Co-Ops for Spring and Fall 2023 program rotation starts (expected 3+ rotations within the co-op program).
Locations are as follows and can be subject to change based on need; Naperville, IL, Birmingham, AL, Ft. Worth, TX, Overland Park, KS, Kennesaw, GA, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Chattanooga, TN, Kennewick, WA, San Luis Obispo, CA, and Baton Rouge, LA locations.
Co-ops will help learn and support the design and analysis of changes to existing power plants as well as new systems. In addition, through the ENERCON Co-Op Development Program, Co-ops will receive dedicated mentoring and training opportunities in technical, customer-focus, soft-skills and career-progression topics, all targeted at their professional growth and development.
In support of engineering design and analysis projects for the power industry, co-ops will assist engineers with work requiring the application of basic technical principles, theories, standards and concepts. This will include reading and understanding design drawings and technical specifications as necessary to support preparation of project deliverables, such as calculations, specifications, and engineering evaluations. Co-ops will also work with and assist more senior engineers/technical specialists on a directed project by project basis.
