Application Supporter, Global e-Comm

The Application Supporter - Global eCommerce role’s focus will be to analyze and provide efficient, qualified, and timely service and support to end-users focusing on utilizing colleagues worldwide to deliver optimum support for our US based business on our state-of-the-art eCommerce platform.

 As our Application Supporter - Global eCommerce, your responsibilities will include:

  •  Continuous improvement to ensure delivery high quality within service & support with an agile and lean mindset.
  •          Maintain and update of user documentation.
  •          Work closely with different teams, i.e.: eCommerce Product Team, business team from different countries and other product teams.
  •          Validate and review all incoming requests to ensure data quality and correctness.
  •          Triage tickets and update them accordingly.
  •          Escalate issue / request to 3rd level in cases where Application Supporter cannot solve the request and follow up.
  •          Scrum related ceremonies with the eCommerce Product Team.
  •          Provide overview to eCommerce Product Team.

If you have...

  •          High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  •      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or relevant field or equivalent relevant work experience.
  •      Basic understanding of IT processes (ITIL).
  •      Hands-on experience in e-Commerce websites
  • Super User capabilities on multiple systems. Example of systems:
    •        CMS (Contentful)
    •        Search (Algolia)
    •        ERP (Dynamics 365)
    •        PIM (InRiver)
    •        DAM (Aprimo)
    •        Ticketing System (Service Now)
  •          Very good communication and problem-solving skills.
  •          Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders.
  •          Quality and deadline oriented.
  •          Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
