Position Summary: This intermittent role provides outstanding customer service, ensuring that guests are warmly greeted, assisted, checked in, and informed about all activities and events at the Aspen Golf Club. The Pro Shop Specialist supports golf shop operations, retail, events, and overall guest experience while upholding the Club’s standards of professionalism and excellence.
Supervision Exercised and Received: This position reports directly to the Golf Managers and the Golf Professional staff.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent, but not required.
Experience: Golf course experience is preferred but not required. Customer service and teamwork experience in fast-paced golf, retail, outdoor, or community settings is also helpful but not required.
Technical Knowledge: Must be able to use a computer for clocking in/out, replying to emails, checking schedules. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (Email), and have a basic understanding of online computer-based technology applications, which includes accessing web-based platforms.
Licenses & Certifications: Must be a minimum of 16 years of age and possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License or be able to obtain one within 30 days of start date.
Preferred Candidate:
• Basic golf knowledge and understanding of golf operations.
• Strong communication, enthusiasm, and engagement skills
