The role is layered in both depth and variety. One day you could be bringing your creative flair to the table planning an event and the next organising diaries and your typical administration duties, all from our Sydney Olympic Park Office, where you will be based.

You will have experience in an Executive Coordinator or Administration role, preferably in a corporate setting. You possess business acumen, event planning abilities and excellent organisational skills. You can maintain a high level of confidentiality and have an inept ability to read between the lines. Proficiency in Office 365 software and presentation skills are required.
Minimal interstate travel will be required in this position.
