The Assistant Vice President – Facilities Services will oversee a large portfolio (>1 million SF) of highly technical buildings tailored to meet the critical needs of multiple Life Sciences tenants. This individual will directly interface with Tenant stakeholders to address immediate needs and will lead a skilled team of technicians responsible for maintaining and repairing modern/complex mechanical and electrical systems (chillers, heat pumps, generators, etc.). Additionally, the individual will be involved in yearly budgeting exercises, as well as providing technology and construction support for both existing and new assets.
