Principal Lawyer – Multiple Positions

About the roles
With strong growth across the business and increasing demand for legal expertise, our legal function is entering a new phase of strategic growth and influence. Reporting to our Deputy Directors for Legal, our three (3) new Principal Lawyers will have significant responsibility for managing all legal risks which arise within their respective portfolio, these being ‘Corporate, Infrastructure and Projects’, ‘Corporate & Commercial’ and ‘Public Law, Litigation and Regulatory Compliance’.
These positions will have a high level of autonomy. The successful candidates will be seen as subject matter experts for their respective legal portfolio, and although these positions do not have direct reports, you’ll play a crucial role in supervising junior lawyers within the team.
