Rail Track Labourer Class 1 – Horsham

Key accountabilities include:
Carrying out tasks for the renewal or maintenance work across the rail network
Participating in the replacement or renewal of rail infrastructure materials i.e. sleepers, rail, ballast, fastenings
Safe operation of medium plant as required
Cleaning up plant equipment and worksite and participate in general site maintenance.
Using & maintaining hand tools and minor mechanical equipment.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with appropriate OH&S standards and regulations.
Flexibility to work overtime and away from home as required.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
Valid Victorina Driver’s license
Previous experience in a manual labouring role is advantageous.
Strong awareness for risk and safety practices & the ability to use hand tools.
