About the role
As the Procurement Coordinator – Change & Training, you are integral to the success of V/Line’s Corporate Services Group.
You will play a crucial role in implementing and driving adoption of procurement system (Zycus) and processes by developing change management, communication, and training plans. Post-implementation, you’ll support ongoing change and training needs as well as adoption, ensuring the successful embedding of processes, technology, and governance.
Key Accountabilities include:
Training: Develop and deliver training programs and support materials for the Zycus eProcurement platform and Procurement Team processes.
Change Management: Execute strategies for successful adoption of new procurement processes with Zycus.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage stakeholders to create awareness and understanding of change initiatives.
Communication: Design and implement plans to inform stakeholders about changes and their impact.
Assessment: Develop assessments and health checks to measure change initiative success.
About you
You are a team player who loves working collaboratively with other functions and individuals to achieve common goals. You are an excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and a love for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
Previous experience in change management or training roles or in procurement transformation activities.
Experience with delivering change strategies, communication plans, and training programs to drive process and system adoption.
Knowledge In:
Change management principles and best practices.
End-to-end procurement processes.
Working knowledge of procurement systems (highly desirable).
Demonstrated alignment to V/Line’s values of responsiveness, integrity, impartiality, accountability, respect, leadership and human rights.
