Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, day-to-day execution and tracking of our Marketing initiatives. The role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations, helping us to connect with our target consumer. The Marketing Coordinator collaborates with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life, manage timelines, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

As our Marketing Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

·         Assist in planning and executing seasonal brand campaigns, product launches, sales kick-offs and retail activations

·         Maintain brand and commercial calendars, campaign presentations and support go-to-market timelines

·         Support visual merchandising and in-store marketing programs, including signage, display kits, and window campaigns

·         Coordinate account requests and help fulfill wholesale marketing needs (imagery, copy etc.)

·         Track social engagement and assist with content creator campaigns and community management

·         Coordinate with global and local stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assets

·         Support the marketing team with meeting prep, recaps, and follow-ups (trade shows, sell-in meetings, brand events etc.)

·         Receive, track and process all Public Relations sample requests for trade and consumer publications across all business units

·         Maintain an organized and updated inventory and storage of current marketing materials

·         Budget tracking, invoice management, purchase order creation and supporting the team with misc budget reporting needs

·         Develop good working relationships with related global HQ (Denmark) departments to maximize efficiencies including marketing and creative services as needed

If you have… 

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 1–3 years of Marketing experience (internships or other entry-level roles included)

  • Strong Organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required

  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability 

  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Eager to learn and grow within a marketing team

  • Must be proactive and exhibit a sense of ownership and confidence

  •  Individual must be able to work autonomously as well as be part of a

  • Able to juggle multiple priorities with efficiency and poise

  • Ability to think innovatively and commercially

  • Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level

  • Ability to travel up to 5%, both domestic and internationally.
