I declare that the information I have provided in this application is correct and complete to the best of my knowledge and that any documents I provide in connection with this application are true copies. I will produce the original/certified true copies of all identification and qualification documents as required by Agios. I understand that if I knowingly supply false information or withhold any material information, the company will have the right to rescind any verbal or written offer of employment and I am subject to dismissal if I am hired.

I understand that this application is not an offer or guarantee of employment.  If I become employed by Agios, I understand that my employment will be at-will. This means that I do not have a contract of employment for any particular duration or limiting the grounds for my termination in any way. I am free to resign at any time. Similarly, Agios is free to terminate my employment at any time for any reason or for no reason, with or without written or advance notice. I understand that while personnel policies, programs and procedures may exist and may be changed from time to time, no such policies, programs or procedures will alter the at-will nature of my employment.

The above language contains the entire agreement between me and Agios concerning my at-will status and supersedes any past, future, or oral side agreements.
