Description

B&A Is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team on a Federal project!


Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining business process automations using a variety of SFDC tools
  • Building and sharing reports and dashboards
  • Building and maintaining SFDC-based portals
  • Building and iterating on custom object schema and relationships to meet specific use case
  • Supporting the implementation and integration of third-party solutions
  • Adhering to industry best practices for change and release management.
  • Assisting, developing and maintaining training materials and training curriculum.
  • Practice continuous improvement by constantly monitoring systems and making recommendations or adjustments where beneficial to our staff.
  • Building sophisticated reports in Salesforce to answer high-level business questions
  • Performs other related duties as assigned that support the objective of the position.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Ability to effectively translate prioritized needs into well-designed scalable solutions.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members
  • Ability to prioritize a backlog and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of declarative tools in Salesforce including all process automation tools
  • An advanced understanding of Salesforce's data security model

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Three to five years professional experience building with Salesforce
  • Current credential as “Salesforce Certified Administrator” or “Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator”
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including working within a sprint framework.
  • Team player and ability to mentor developers with lesser experience
  • Ability to work from home, the Alexandria office and the Ashburn office

Desired Qualifications

  • Additional Salesforce Platform Developer certifications a plus
  • “Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder” credential
  • Experience working with external system integrations
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce design, configuration, and custom
