Description

B&A is seeking a Project Manager to join our team on a Federal project in Charleston, SC!

The Project Manager will provide continuous operation and maintenance of current PeopleSoft financial systems supporting payroll, retirement, accounting and financial operations, as well as system planning, development, implementation, operation and maintenance for a new platform.  They will provide system development and support, program/project planning and financial advisory services critical to maintenance, continuity, modernization, and upgrade of financial and compensation payroll and related financial systems and their migration to more efficient platforms and shall additionally provide as-needed requisition and budget execution support.

Competencies/Responsibilities:

  • Project Manager of projects involving functional and technical support; and software engineering.
  • Manager shall be required to support systems implementation, coordination, and development to ensure successful global payroll operations. 
  • The manager should be able to provide professional and technical experience and expertise with the hardware, operation systems software, and related firmware currently in use with CGFS/GFMS CHS. 
  • Management of projects requiring strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Federal and international Payroll, and Human Resources. Also required are excellent analytical and communication skills. 
  • Will interface with the DoS on-site ACOR.
  • Experience with managing COTS/Operations & Maintenance projects. 
  • Experience working on Federal projects. 

 

A Secret level clearance is required for the role.
