Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced healthcare marketer to join our Sales and Marketing team as Product Marketing Manager. This is a full-time opportunity working either at our headquarters office in Portland, Oregon or remotely with quarterly visits to headquarters.

Working with our team of experienced sales, business development, marketing, clinical operations, and product development team members, you will develop and execute AllMed’s value-based positioning and messaging, go-to-market strategies, lead generation initiatives, and content development for our website, webinars, lead generation campaigns, etc. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

You are a proven professional and are a productive, confident, and emotionally balanced self-starter requiring limited day to day management. You proactively identify what needs to be done, how it should be done, and when it should be delivered.

You can develop project plans coordinating activities across multiple project. Your focus it to deliver quality material at the right time, and in the right way, to ensure the best outcome for the target audience.

You have strong project management skills and can rationally manage multiple concurrent projects. You are mentally comfortable switching between topics throughout any given workday.

Working closely with the sales team you will be accountable for the company and solution/services positioning and messaging. You will drive content development supporting strategic marketing initiatives that will create qualified marketing leads for business development which will convert to sales qualified leads for both the new logo and base book of business pipelines.

You will be responsible for managing campaigns to support full-lifecycle relationship and lead generation marketing programs including PR, advertising, website copy, monthly webinars, sales territory campaigns, event campaigns, prospect/customer communications, etc.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain competitive value-based positioning, messaging for our services and solutions
  • Develop collateral materials and digital marketing campaigns in support of marketing strategies that support lead generation efforts. These include developing: product datasheets sheets, updating corporate presentation deck, themes/identify speakers/abstracts for monthly webinars, white papers, client case studies, etc.
  • Define go-to-marketing strategies for new solutions and services collaborating with product development and with flawless execution across departments
  • Develop and deliver training to the sales and marketing team on new solutions and services, and in collaboration with product development manager
  • Conduct client and market research regarding new product development opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA or bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Marketing or equivalent from four-year university or college
  • 5-7 years product marketing management or related experience in a technology-based healthcare services environment
  • An understanding of healthcare payer utilization management, appeals, claims and data analytics
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interface with clients
  • Excellent project management and product planning skills
  • Financial modeling and analysis skills in Excel
  • Cross functional teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Hands-on skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
  • A proven commitment to cross-functional teamwork and collaboration with diverse teams and clients
