WSP is currently seeking a Project Engineer or Project Manager to join our Infrastructure group, located at our Canmore office. Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, this position will be responsible for project management, design coordination, and business development on land development and municipal projects.



  • Obtain and manage work in the Bow Valley and surrounding areas in these sectors:
    • Residential / Commercial / Industrial neighborhood subdivisions
    • Municipal infrastructure projects;
  • Prepare proposals and lead other business development initiatives;
  • Provide mentorship and technical expertise to junior staff on engineering projects;
  • Lead design and coordinate with engineers and technicians; and
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Degree in Civil Engineering; or Diploma in Civil related technologies;
  • Must be registered as a Professional Engineer, or immediately eligible for registration with APEGA;
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience;
  • Must possess strong presentation, and communication skills;
  • Must possess a proven track record in business development; and
  • Must be both a leader and a team player.
