People & Culture Administrator

The People & Culture Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of the P&C department, serving as the first point of contact for employee queries and providing essential administrative support.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Manage general HR inquiries and the P&C inbox
  • Complete Employment Verification (VEVO) checks and administer contracts
  • Support onboarding, probation processes, and performance reviews
  • Assist in recruitment activities from job postings to candidate screening
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and social events
  • Maintain employee information and support P&C reporting

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or customer service experience
