Rockwell Group, an award-winning architecture, entertainment, and technology design firm based in New York City with an office in Madrid is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Coordinator to support the strategic efforts of its Business Development group.
Role:
Candidates must have a passion for design, be a team player, and possess a strong sense of responsibility and initiative. A minimum of one year of experience working with the business development and/or marketing team at an architectural or engineering firm is required. Primary tasks include, but are not limited to, responding to Requests of Proposals (RFP), Requests for Qualifications (RFQ), and preparing presentations for client interviews. The chosen candidate will also interact with the firm’s Public Relations, Legal, and Accounting Teams.
This is a position that requires meeting client-dictated deadlines on a regular basis. Excellent reading and writing skills, a commitment to quality, and strong organizational and time management practices are required.

The position reports directly to the Chief Development Officer and works in collaboration with and under the Business Development Manager. This is a hybrid working environment and working in the New York office is required. Days are determined by the Chief Development Officer and may change week to week. Applicants are not able to make their own schedules.
Salary range $60,000 - $75,000. Salaries vary in response to an individual's experience, education and proven track record.
