Job duties include: Perform designing and drafting during all phases of the architectural design process. Prepare design ideas in the form of scale drawings, 3D models, and illustrations. Prepare design development and construction documents, including lists concerning materials, color, and equipment. Develop estimate pricing sets for design and construction costs. Perform design research for a variety of architectural projects including preservation projects, adaptive reuse, and mixed-use development.

Candidates must have at least a Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field and at least two years of professional experience working in residential and commercial design within the architecture industry. Must have at least two years of experience working on all phases of the architectural design process, including schematic design, design development, and construction administration. Must have at least two years of experience planning interior layouts and preparing custom FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) designs. Must have at least two years of experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure execution of project objectives. Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Cinema 4D, Maxwell Render, Octane Render, and V-Ray. Annual salary: $100,000.
