Deep cleaning of kitchen equipment in accordance with hotel standards. Complete washing of dishes, pots, pans or other equipment used in the kitchen.

- Ensures that all china, glass and silverware requirements are met
- Takes monthly inventories of china, glass and silverware
- Fills in and assists other employees in the Kitchen Stewarding Department
- Cleans pot and pans, sweeps floors and removes kitchen trash
- Cleans trash cans, floor mats, walls, dishes, glassware and silverware, dollies, carts, shelving, counter tops, reach-in refrigerators, walk-in coolers and freezers, and the dock area
- Delivers and picks-up kitchen equipment
- Acts as a pot, pan, glass, china, and silverware runner
- Performs other duties requested
Desired Qualifications:
- Has a minimum of one (1) year kitchen operations experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Has working knowledge of sanitation regulations and procedures
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Able to stand for an extended period of time
