This position is responsible for providing professional and courteous service. They will be responsible for exceeding guest expectations through positive interactive skills.
Job Focus:
Focus is on, but not limited to the following:
- Setting up and breaking down of cabanas
- Maintain a safe and pristine pool deck environment
- Completing a breakdown of the pool each day as the pool closes
- Assist guests in locating lounge chairs
- Assist guests with making reservations for pool amenities
- Assigning and seating guests at with their day beds, cabanas, and lily pads
- Accurate cash handling
Desired Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service
- 1+ years of hospitality service in a similar resort setting
- Valid Alcohol Awareness card
- Valid Nevada State Health card
- Basic knowledge of the Las Vegas area and attractions
- 21 years or older
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
