Out of School Hours Program Lead

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Outside of School Hours Program Lead to engage with and inspire our girls and boys at Grimwade House. This opportunity will see you charged with the development of, implementation and reflection on daily programs that meet the developmental needs of all students and aligns with their interests.

The OSHC Program Lead is an educational leader who together with the the Out of School Hours Coordinator, is responsible for ensuring OSHC staff work together to create a positive and supportive environment for children and that their practices align with the National Quality Framework (NQF), the My Time, Our Place Framework (MTOP) and Victorian Child Safety standards.

This position is a part time ongoing opportunity, commencing Term 1 2026.

You will:

  • Develop and manage quality Out of School Hours programs, responding to the developmental needs, interests and well-being of students, based on best practice
  • Collaborate with educators and provide curriculum direction and guidance
  • Ensure children’s learning and development are guided by the learning outcomes of the Early Years Learning Framework and/or the Framework for School Age Care or other approved learning frameworks.
  • Ensure the service meets and works to exceed all legislative requirements stipulated 
  • Provide leadership, while working as a member of a cooperative team in order to support OSHC

     

Must hold, or be willing to obtain, a Working with Children Check or registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
