Celestar Corporation is seeking a Business Process Specialist - Entity Triage Specialist supporting Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Industrial Security (IS) & Counterintelligence (CI) Directorates Entity Vetting (EV) Support Services who will be seated primarily at DCSA headquarters, the Russell-Knox Building (RKB) and Stafford, VA (telework may be available). Duties and Responsibilities:  

 

·       Review submitted packages to ensure they meet basic submission requirements and provide direction and support to customers who must remedy package errors or have status questions.

·       In addition, they produce RIRs through conducting all-source research from information available from public, private, and U.S and foreign Government open-source materials and evaluating those facts against established DCSA risk indicators.

·       Assesses foreign and domestic-based publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide unique insights to address defense intelligence requirements.

 

Minimum Required Skills/Qualifications:  

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, market research, security, intelligence, or related field

·       Minimum 8 years’ experience applying data analysis, trend analysis and problem-solving techniques.

·       Contractor must be knowledgeable of data manipulation within databases and Microsoft software packages.

·       Minimum 8 years’ experience in Ability to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and recommend solutions.

·       Minimum 8 years’ experience in Ability and skill in communicating verbally and in writing.

·       Minimum 8 years’ experience in conducting strategic communications with key stakeholders, including preparing written reports, leading conferences, and giving briefings.

·       Minimum 8 years’ experience in navigating technology effectively and efficiently at classified and unclassified levels (i.e. SharePoint, Microsoft Office Tools, etc.).
