Duties and Responsibilities:  

 

·       This is a contract leadership position and will provide task management and program management support to the overall performance of the work in TIB.

·       Coordinates directly with the PM and TIB Deputy Chiefs for performance planning, training, targets, and results.

·       Produces IC-coordinated all-source intelligence analytic products on foreign intelligence entities capabilities, intentions, willingness, and opportunities to threaten U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, resources, activities, and interests worldwide.

·       Analysis is comprised of regional and functional CI topics, including foreign intelligence threats to Defense Critical Infrastructure Program

(DCIP) and DoD supply chains and emerging technologies, and threats from foreign intelligence technical equipment to the DoD.

·       Provides analytic support to senior officials, collectors, and operators throughout the DoD, IC, and law enforcement agencies/organizations and for DCSA’s CI programs, functions, and mission activities.

 

Minimum Required Skills/Qualifications:  

 

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, market research, intelligence, or related field

·       8 years of experience in risk analysis, competitive intelligence, commercial due diligence, finance, or mergers and acquisitions

·       8 years of experience in applying analytical standards to business intelligence data

·       8 years of experience using commercial and proprietary business, legal, and intelligence databases and resources (e.g. Marigold, Panjiva, Bloomberg, Factiva, LexisNexis, BVD, PitchBook, Factset, Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, Dunn & Bradstreet, Dow Jones, etc.)

·       8 years of experience identifying trends, patterns, anomalies, and recommended solutions
