Project Description: Olin is seeking experienced manufacturing individuals to join a project team under the direction of the COE Team, which will lead the work process deployment across North America.

Olin’s successful implementation and institutionalization of work process fundamentals in the impacted areas of our manufacturing facilities is the ultimate objective of standardizing work process practice across the organization.

The work processes to be deployed include 1) Asset Operation, 2) Asset Maintenance, 3) Asset Reliability, and 4) Improve Process.

This short-term project assignment is expected to be 12-15 months in length beginning in January 2026. The initial 6 weeks will be spent at Freeport training in the work processes and participating in Freeport’s daily life to learn the work processes at a working level. Following the initial training the team will lead work process deployment efforts across the following manufacturing sites – Plaquemine, Saint Gabriel, McIntosh, Charleston, Niagara, and Bécancour. Flexibility in travel arrangements may be considered, subject to business requirements and individual circumstances.

The “Deployment Team” will consist of 6 selected individuals (Work Process Trainers/Experts) from across Olin’s NA sites.

Selected individuals will maintain their current work location as their home location. Substantial travel will be required and depend on the individual's work location and the deployment site at any given time.

During this assignment you will:

Learn each of the identified work processes, developing into a SME and lead trainer for a selected one or two of the work processes.
• Support development of the final deployment plan and schedule in collaboration with COE and Regional Site leadership.
• Leverage Work Process documents and training materials developed during the Freeport deployment to fully develop the deployment plan and training for these sites.
• Actively facilitate cross-functional workshops, coaching and training sessions, mentoring the individual site work process teams.
• Collaborate with COE owners of the individual work processes across the project assignment to ensure effectiveness of training and therefore adoption across each site.
• Maintain and regularly communicate effectiveness of work process training and deployment status. Complete this through various meetings and levels of management.

The Opportunity, Goal and Value Proposition for this ABO:  Direct Impact - $0M
Indirect Impact - >$25MM in manufacturing productivity impact
Multiple metrics will be leveraged to provide insight as to the success of the work process deployment for each site. Project schedule adherence being the first. Secondly, a site baseline consisting of financial, work productivity, and current work practice measurements will provide insight, post work process “go live” dates, as to the level and speed of adoption of the work processes. Finally, a few key metrics from each work process (i.e., P0/P1/P4 percentage, maintenance sch adherence, criticality completion, bad actor analysis, UTP development) will be leveraged as additional indicators of adoption health. The Deployment Team, in conjunction with the COE team, will finalize and agree to the metric selection before deployment commences for purposes of this short-term project assignment.
