Title: Human Resources Intern 2025

This position is 100% onsite at one of our Olin locations listed above.
Examples of Daily Activities:
- Supports Hiring Managers and Human Resources Business Partners through the full recruitment cycle from intake meeting to onboarding, performance management process, talent review processes, organizational capability evaluation, and development planning.
- Uses the applicant tracking system, Taleo Business Edition, for requisition and candidate management per internal guidelines, human resources records management, and the learning management system for training
- Routine responsibilities include scheduling interviews, meeting with HR Business Partner and Hiring Managers, extracting and building HR key metrics and reporting, cycling documentation for appropriate retention.
- Partners with Talent Acquisition and Compliance team and ensures compliance with established work processes
Requirements:
- Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate or graduate Human Resources or business-related degree program.
- Must be enrolled in a local college or university and within a reasonable commute of an Olin worksite if working part-time while completing courses; OR
- Housing stipend is provided for students living 50 or more miles from an Olin location and working full time in lieu of their normal semester.
- Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale (Documentation required). Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations.
- Must have completed sophomore year prior to assignment with Olin.
- Ability to work part time (20 hours a week) during normal business hours (8:00 am - 4:30 pm EST) if working while going to local classes; relocating students are expected to work 40 hours a week. Not eligible for virtual work.
- Must have a valid US driver's license.
- Prior Olin internship or co-op experience preferred.
