Title: Manufacturing & Engineering (M&E) IT - Documentation & Licensing Analyst
Location: Charleston, TN
Additional locations may include Houston, TX  

Salary: $75,000+
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 3 days remote per week

Focus: The M&E IT Documentation & Licensing Specialist will have a wide range of responsibilities including, but not limited to: Managing Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) requests and incidents using the Service Now tool, management of all M&E service contracts and renewals, creating and updating application documentation for 150+ applications using LeanIX software, and managing user access to the LIMS system by working with business and IT leaders.

M&E IT Documentation & Licensing Specialist Essential Job Functions:

  • Manages all aspects of M&E IT software contracts and renewals while working closely with Vendors, Procurement, Enterprise Program Mgt. Office, M&E staff and business application owners
  • Plan, track and report on software license deployments and renewal status using SAP, Snow and other available tools
  • Manage M&E related application documentation, interfaces and architecture in Olin’s LeanIX platform, working closely with application owners and solution architect
  • Plan and coordinate reviews of application usage, cost improvement opportunities and obsolescence with application teams and business owners
  • Manage Service Now queue to ensure requests/incidents are being addressed by the appropriate resources for larger M&E IT applications such as LIMS
  • Coordinate activities and assign tasks related to changes within the Lab instrument and Lab PC processes
  • Responsible for LIMS user access management and user audit process while working with business and IT resources
  • Develop and provide periodic reports to management in areas such as LeanIX, software renewals, Service Now, and documentation.

M&E IT Documentation & Licensing Specialist Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree*; Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Experience in gathering and documenting requirements, working within an enterprise setting with business and IT resources
  • Experience with any of the following applications, preferred: Thermo Fisher LIMS, LeanIX, SAP, Snow, or Service Now 
  • Experience with managing contract and software renewal processes preferred 
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language; Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment 
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn new software applications & IT concepts.
  • Must be able to obtain Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC)
