Responsible for maintaining a high level of food safety and product quality through the cleaning and sanitation of food processing equipment, utensils, and the facility.
Reporting to the Sanitation Supervisor &/or Lead. The Sanitation Technician is responsible for all cleaning of soiled supplies and equipment used in the production process. Additionally, this individual is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and efficient work area. May perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of sanitation experience required or relevant work experience.
