Pay Range $19.64 - $30.44
Provides information and support for Nursing Directors, clinical managers, leaders and educators. Completes specific work projects as assigned. Provides scheduling and secretarial support.
Associate's degree preferred.
Three years secretarial experience.
Demonstrated progressive administrative experience required.
Ability to compose correspondence and proof assignments to ensure accuracy of documents. Candidate must possess a high degree of Microsoft Excel experience.
Knowledge of finance is highly desirable.
High quality and/or quantity of typing, grammar and composition of correspondence. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required. Detail attentiveness required.
Ability to independently take initiative and exercise good judgment in decision-making. Previous experience in a health care environment preferred.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively under deadline pressures and to simultaneously handles multiple assignments and projects with speed and accuracy. Professional maturity that daily sets the tone in carrying out the responsibilities of the position.
High degree of honesty, integrity and confidentiality.
Ability to recall and manage large amounts of information. Ability to work with individuals in a tactful diplomatic manner that enhances the image of the office.
Must be able to set assignment priorities and work independently with a minimum amount of supervision to complete tasks within a specified period of time.
