Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior  DevOps Engineer to come help us automate everything, enable our developer teammates, and create and support world-class platforms.

Required Key Skills:  Azure DevOps, Github, K8, Azure KeyVault, Powershell

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud solutions which are secure, scalable, resilient, monitored, auditable and cost optimized. 
• Write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Industry standard tools and services. 
• Write application deployment automation using industry standard deployment and configuration tools. 
• Design and implement continuous delivery pipelines that serve the purpose of provisioning and operating client test as well as production environments. 
• Provide systems support including responding to monitoring alerts. 
• Implement and stay abreast of Cloud and DevOps industry best practices and tooling. 
• Work with developers & Cloud Infra team to identify necessary Application infrastructure in Azure. 
• Coordinate Branching and Merging strategies with development and QA teams 

A successful candidate will have the following characteristics:  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering. 
• Defining and implementing of configuration management & CI strategy and plan at the product Level. 
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud Solutions and architectures 
• Strong working knowledge of Linux configuration, management, and administration 
• Comfortable with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment. 
• Integrate automated code quality, unit testing & code vulnerability testing in CI pipeline and create open work items for any failed scenarios. 
• Work closely with IT security to implement SecDevOps. 
• Implement Governance in Application Development Process 
• Strong exposure on Docker file compilation and container image registry integration. 
• Release Pipelines to meet High Availability and Business continuity requirement of Application. 
• Azure Pipelines experience  
• 5 plus years of experience in DevOps 
• Design & implementation of application hosting environment in Azure Kubernetes service, Container, Azure VM & Azure PaaS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Tools like terraform, Ansible etc. 
• Ability to Design & Implement suitable Infrastructure, Continuous Integration (CI), Delivery & Deployment (CD) Pipelines for any kind of applications (built in ASP.Net, Node.js, Angular, PHP, React, Java, Phyton etc.) 
• Strong knowledge of Monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Prometheus, Splunk, Sonar Qube. 
• Good knowledge of Traffic Balancing, Routing and Debugging principles 
• Administration of GIT, SVN, and Azure DevOps etc. at the product level. 
• Administration & Maintenance of Continuous integration system, 
• Good knowledge of SDLC and Configuration management process  

Nice to have: 

• Ability to understand consumption of infrastructure from an application standpoint. 
• Integrate Application Performance Monitoring tools
