About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who is driven to succeed and excited by the challenge of growing market share for our Day Tours. In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, strengthen key trade relationships, and champion our brand across the tourism industry. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives on achieving results and loves turning opportunities into success. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will play a key role in implementing strategies to meet and exceed our growth objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to build long-term, revenue-generating partnerships
• Manage, strengthen end expand relationships with existing agent and trade partners
• Represent the business at trade events, sales missions, and industry functions 
• Implement sales strategies to increase passenger numbers and grow market share 
• Collaborate with marketing to create impactful campaigns and collateral 
• Analyse sales data to uncover trends, measure performance and identify growth opportunities

• A proven record of success in sales, ideally within tourism, hospitality, or travel industries
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with strong initiative and follow-through 
• Confidence in presenting, pitching, and building meaningful relationships
• A genuine passion for the tourism industry and drive to grow your career in industry
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• A results-driven approach with a love for hitting (and exceeding) targets
