Job duties include: Design and draft all phases of the construction and building process, including concept development and schematic design. Develop design ideas in the form of scale drawings, 3D models, and illustrations using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Analyze building structures, systems, and materials, to assess the condition of buildings and their parts and formulate strategies accordingly. Integrate analytical findings with architectural design principles to develop a unified environmental plan and adhere to the practical and aesthetic goals of clients. Evaluate and develop architectural design options, including facade and building-form alternatives, to support informed design decision-making throughout the design process.

Candidates must have at least a Master’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field and at least two years of professional experience working in commercial design within the architecture industry. Must have at least two years of experience working on multiple phases of the architectural design process, including schematic design and design development. Must have at least two years of experience producing architectural drawings, facade studies, sketches, and 3D models to support architectural and facade design development. Must have at least two years of experience communicating with clients and external consultants to facilitate design coordination and ensure alignment with client expectations and project objectives. Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Enscape, Revit, and Rhinoceros 3D. Annual salary: $88,899.
