Rockwell Group, an award-winning architecture, entertainment, and technology design firm based in New York City with an office in Madrid is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Coordinator to support the strategic efforts of its Business Development group.
Role:
Candidates must have a passion for design, be a team player, and possess a strong sense of responsibility and initiative. Primary tasks include, but are not limited to, responding to Requests of Proposals (RFP), Requests for Qualifications (RFQ), and preparing presentations for client interviews. The chosen candidate will also interact with the firm’s Public Relations, Legal, and Accounting Teams.
The position reports directly to the Chief Development Officer and works in collaboration with and under the Business Development Manager. This is a hybrid working environment and working in the New York office is required. Days are determined by the Chief Development Officer and may change week to week. Applicants are not able to make their own schedules.

Qualifications
This is a Full Time – In Studio position. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience ranging from $55,000 to $70,000 excluding bonuses and other benefits. This is a good faith estimate based on the expectations as laid out in the job description. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, life insurance, 401k plan, and yearly performance reviews.
