Position

• The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) is the U.S. Government agency in charge of designing, building, launching, and maintaining America’s intelligence satellites.
• Develop. Acquire. Launch. Operate.

The candidate will provide technical support by creating and assessing requirements, Concept of Operations (CONOPs), architecture products, system schedules, and risks for end-to-end integration and closure of the baseline for Space Protection-related activities in the overall Enterprise. This component of the Space and Mission Engineering Sector provides Enterprise Systems Engineering and Integration capabilities to a national intelligence acquisition and operations organization. The program supports full lifecycle acquisition across all mission domains of complex national systems architecture. SETAs provide the customer with the expertise needed to provide mission success. Required

• Requires a BS/BA with 4+ years of experience
• Knowledge of space/ground/comm systems and sensor vulnerabilities
• A passion for learning, helping others, sharing team knowledge, and contributing value to the mission in any way possible
• Experience with large acquisition systems engineering efforts, methods, and processes
• Good business acumen; ability to relate professionally inside the work environment
