Service Providers include, by way of example only, the website in which you submitted your employment application (if applicable), background and credit check providers, security personnel companies, payroll information and pay stub viewing applications and companies, scheduling programs, I-9 processing systems, company insurance and benefits providers, and others similarly situated to assist in the employment relationship. 3. Collection of Personal Information We collect different types of Personal Information in different ways.  Some of the Personal Information gathered is automatic (through technologies which give us information about you) and some of the information is given by you directly to us or provided by Service Providers. We won't make any decisions on the automated processing of Personal Information without your consent. Sharing of Personal Information We only share your Personal Information with Service Providers. We use these Service Providers to help us operate the Company, but we'll never share your Personal Information other than as described in this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. Personal Information is only disclosed if the Service Providers agree to ensure an adequate level of protection of your Personal Information that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. Non-USA Residents We are based in the United States. If you are not a resident or citizen of the United States, your Personal Information may be transferred from the location in which you reside to our physical location in the United States. It may also be transferred to Service Providers located in the United States. The risks of transferring data outside of your jurisdiction to the United States include the possibility of data breaches and loss. Before applying for or beginning employment, we ask you to specifically consent to the transfer of your Personal Information to the United States. We will continue to process your Personal Information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy, and if we change anything about how we handle your Personal Information, including the international transfer of your Personal Information, we will seek your consent again. 7.
