We are currently seeking Mid-Level Counterintelligence (CI) Analysts for OCONUS deployment.

 
Responsibilities:

  • Produce IC-coordinated all-source intelligence analytic products on foreign intelligence entities capabilities, intentions, willingness, and opportunities to threaten U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, resources, activities, and interests worldwide.
  • Analysis is comprised of regional and functional CI topics, including foreign intelligence threats to Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP) and DoD supply chains and emerging technologies, and threats from foreign intelligence technical equipment to the DoD.
  • Provides analytic support to senior officials, collectors, and operators throughout the DoD, IC, and law enforcement agencies/organizations and for CI programs, functions, and mission activities.
  • Counterintelligence (CI) analysts use a variety of classified and unclassified databases, software applications, and other intelligence research tools to identify, assimilate, examine, interpret, and evaluate all-source information/intelligence to determine the nature, function, interrelationships, personalities, capabilities, and intent regarding the intelligence capabilities of foreign powers, international terrorists and other entities and activities of CI interest
  • Provides analysis of Intelligence Information Reports (IIR)s/HUMINT Reports (HR)s and CI INTREPs, provides feedback and IIR/HR and CI INTREP evaluations, source directed requirements (SDR)s, time sensitive collection requirements (TSCR)s, ad-hoc collection requirements (AHCR)s, and supports source validation
  • Conducts analysis of source reliability and report credibility, and communicates the analysis to the collector in support of the source validation process
  • Provides CI analysis and assessments in support of HUMINT source validation
  • Responsible for researching, developing, and presenting CI/HUMINT and all-source material.

 

Requirements:

  • Must be meet all requirements and be willing to deploy OCONUS
  • One (1) year comprehensive analytical support to counterintelligence, counterterrorism, and or HUMINT operations, ending within the last three (3) years.
  • One (1) year comprehensive analytical or operational experience to operations involving DOD National Defense Strategy priority countries including Russia, China, and/or Iran.
  •  One (1) year comprehensive analytical support to operations in the USCENTCOM AOR and Near-Peer Countries, within the last three (3) years.
  • Six (6) years of experience in the development of intelligence analysis products.
  • Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
  • Briefing skills
  • Deployment experience supporting Counterintelligence, HUMINT, and CT military analysis
  • Be capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location
  • Strong writing skills and being capable of effectively operating as a member of a combined/joint intelligence team required. Strong briefing skills and being capable of effective communication in the accomplishment of collection management reporting and requirements required.
  • Experience and working knowledge of the following programs and systems within the last three (3) years: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); Analyst Notebook; SIPR/JWICS Access; M3 - Multi Media Messenger (Or other message handling systems such as AMHS, TAC/Tripwire, Palantir, etc.) ; Source Operations Management Module (SOMM); Proton, ROCKSTAR, and or Voltron); Intelink; Combined Information Data Network Exchange (CIDNE); CIA WIRE; HOT-R and or the Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence Requirements, Reporting, and Operations Management Environment (CHROME); NCTC Online; J2 DCP Portal (CJCS Portal).
  • Knowledge of AFOSII2MS and or CI2MS is desirable.

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, National Security Studies, Arabic Studies, International Business, International Terrorism, trends and analysis, intelligence/counterintelligence, or other related fields; Southwest Asian regional expertise a plus.

 

REQUIRED CLEARANCE

  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Access
  • CI or FS scope polygraph a plus
