We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master with strong communication skills and hands-on Salesforce project experience to join our fast-growing team. We're looking for team members who bring at least 3 years of practical/on the job experience as a Salesforce Scrum Master guiding teams through agile-scrum practices and values. Qualified candidates must have a valid Scrum Master certification and must be able to communicate and collaborate with a team of highly talented technicians and interact with the client. We're seeking Salesforce team members to help modernize and enhance enterprise system that connects healthcare providers directly with millions of US veterans seeking clinical care. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and expertise in Salesforce functionality to optimize the use of the platform in achieving organizational goals. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to create and maintain a backlog focused on solving customer challenges with Salesforce solutions. 

  • Facilitate all agile/scrum ceremonies (planning, review, retrospectives, and daily stand up). 

  • Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. 

  • Support product team in ensuring business requirements are well refined and meet development team’s definition of ready. 

  • Work together with lead business analyst to support release planning. 

  • Participate in scrum of scrums and report on team health and progress. 

  • Utilize agile metrics as information radiators to track and report on team performance.   

  • Effectively monitor and communicate team status/progress to key stakeholders. 

  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability and functionality of Salesforce solutions. 

  • Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems. 

  • Work closely with Project Management team to maintain release scope and schedule. 

  • Resolve any impediments to ensure development team stays on schedule. 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: 

  • 3 years of practical/on the job experience as a Scrum Master guiding teams through agile-scrum practices and values. 

  • Ability to perform simple Salesforce configuration changes. 

  • Excellent understanding and hands on experience with agile-scrum methods. 

  • Ability to guide the team through agile-scrum practices and values. 

  • Ability to coach the team to higher levels of scrum maturity. 

  • Ability to remove impediments by identifying the right resources and pushing issues to resolution. 

  • Ability to lead multiple scrum teams simultaneously. 

  • Full understanding of the SDLC. 

  • Oversee design and development efforts to ensure build plans, sprint plans, and any other required deliverables are ready on time. 

 KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED: 

  • An ideal candidate has served as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master on a large Salesforce implementation. 

  • Experience with agile-scrum tools (Jira experience is a plus). 

  • Experience working with Federal agencies is a plus. 

 EDUCATION: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. 

 CLEARANCE:   

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
