Independent Living Associate

Gifford Retirement Community is seeking an Independent Living Associate to join our Independent Living program in Randolph Center, Vermont. This is a unique opportunity to work in a spectacular setting at a rural, non-profit hospital with a progressive philosophy, transparent leadership, and supportive culture.
The IL Associate is a front desk position with responsibilities which include answering phones, managing building entry, and responding to emergency calls from residents. The position also has housekeeping responsibilities including common space areas of the building, kitchen, office areas, general floor care, trash relief, and other duties as assigned.
The successful applicant will have the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions. Ability to work in a stressful environment while maintaining composure and professionalism required. Must also be able to work easily in a team setting across divisions and departments. Prior experience in housekeeping preferred, but we will train the right motivated person.
