Description

Gifford Retirement Community is seeking a  Licensed Nurses Aid to work in our Randolph, VT location. The LNA will deliver compassionate and comprehensive care to Menig’s residents with their ADLs and provide total care when needed. The LNA will also be responsible for ensuring and maintaining the safety of residents and following treatment plans and protocols under the direction of a Nurse.

Menig Nursing Home at Gifford Retirement Community, named for the late Howard and Gladys Menig of Braintree, opened in 1998. This 30-bed nursing home located in the heart of beautiful Vermont is an outstanding facility and workplace and offers the highest standard in resident care. Often featured in local media for its creative activities and many accomplishments, Menig has been named one of the 39 top nursing homes in the nation in 2012 by the U.S. News and World Report for its consistent five-star ratings on Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services measures. Strong time management/organization skills, ability to multi-task and communicate effectively in a professional manner are fundamental to the role.
