Nurse Practitioner - Hospitalist

Gifford Health Care, located in Randolph, VT, is seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner who is interested in joining a practice that is committed to changing the healthcare delivery experience for both patients and providers.  As a Hospitalist, you will join a team of physicians and other advance practice providers caring for inpatient adults (average census runs 8-13). This is an adult population on our Medical Surgical Unit. You will manage the entire continuum of care from admission through the stay to the discharge, performing at a similar level to that of the hospitalist physicians. We have a rewarding schedule that promotes work life balance with a typical schedule of three to five 12-hour shifts in a 2-week period.
