Celestar Corporation is seeking an Expert-level Data Engineer supporting the Executive Production and Dissemination (EPD) task order primarily located in Washington D.C. and Reston, Virginia and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS. Responsibilities: · Designs, implements, and operates data management systems for intelligence needs. · Designs how data will be stored, accessed, used, integrated, and managed by different data regimes and digital systems. · Performs standing and ad hoc intelligence production, performance, and consumer data science using DIA and commercial applications as well as any other production related data generated by or made available to EPD. · Experience with Python, R, Tableau, SQL, and other tools and languages to perform work associated with business analytics. · Conducts data analytics, data mining, exploratory analysis, predictive analysis, and statistical analysis to measure production, performance and usage of the services and products provided by DIA and its partners. · Correlates data into graphical, written, and verbal narrative products, enabling more informed analytic decisions.
Required Experience: · Minimum 20 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. · Experience with Python, R, Tableau, SQL, and other tools and languages to perform work associated with business analytics.
Desired Education: Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
