Celestar Corporation is seeking a Junior-level Intelligence Management Specialist supporting the Executive Production and Dissemination (EPD) task order primarily located in Washington D.C. and Reston, Virginia and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS. Responsibilities: · Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. · Reviews documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating or formatting; assisting with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings; preparing correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities; creating read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings; and providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support. · Performs quality control for all products received, verify that DIA marking and format standards are satisfied, and obtain final approval from Government lead. · Addresses Compartmented Access Program (CAP) requests for access, eligibility verifications, billeted/bigoted compartment coordination, indoctrination briefings, and one time read ins. Required Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. However, an additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 7 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
