Celestar Corporation is seeking an Expert-level Program Manager supporting the Executive Production and Dissemination (EPD) task order primarily located in Washington D.C. and Reston, Virginia and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS. Responsibilities: · Manage project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively and that proper relationships are established between customers. · Coordinate resolutions to production related problems. · Provide project management supervision and direction to ensure the successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract. · Ensure tasks are received, logged, and assigned to the appropriate section personnel for completion. · Monitor task progress and ensure tasks will be completed on time and if necessary coordinate with the requester for additional time or clarity · Close out completed tasks in the designated database or system and ensure the customer receives the requested production. · Be ultimately responsible for the quality and efficiency of the project to include both technical issues and business processes. · Have organizational authority to direct contractor provided staff supporting the requirements of the project.
Required Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired Education: Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
Required Certification: Certification as a Program Management Professional (or equivalent).
