Celestar Corporation is seeking an Expert-level/Lead Geospatial Analyst supporting the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Facilities and Infrastructure Characterization and Analysis (FICA) located in Charlottesville, VA. Responsibilities: · As the lead GEOINT analyst, this person shall have expertise with intelligence · production of facilities and infrastructure; and expertise with facility-centric targeting methodology and tradecraft. · Have a superior understanding of GEOINT processes, activities, standards and available analytic tools. · The Lead GEOINT analyst shall have at least 7 years demonstrated experience supporting Special Operations/Special Missions, human targeting, special activities, or other relevant non-standard GEOINT support to highly specialized customers. · Lead GEOINT analyst shall excel at developing GEOINT strategies to support targeting. · The lead GEOINT analyst shall have experience working with unique collection assets and capabilities. Required Experience: · Minimum of 20 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. · At least 7 years of that time supporting Special Operations/Special Missions, human targeting, special activities, or other relevant non-standard GEOINT support to highly specialized customers. *25 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a Master’s degree. Required Education: Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category. *25 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a Master’s degree Required Certifications/Schooling: A minimum certification in GEOINT Professional Fundamentals– Level 1 (GPC-F Level 1)
