Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior-level Disclosure Representatives (Write for Release) supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Responsibilities: · The Contractor shall research, support development of and prepare intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA/CENTCOM, meet or exceed DIA/CENTCOM quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines. · The Contractor shall apply significant experience as a foreign disclosure officer or representative strictly for JICCENT finished intelligence products. · The Contractor shall support timely foreign disclosure approval and decision making for J22 releasable products. · The Contractor shall obtain and maintain required training and designation from the CENTCOM FDO to serve as a Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR) dedicated to the J22 finished intelligence process. · The Contractor shall work with CORE and other Government systems to efficiently and effectively review overall releasable classified products to enable timely publication and delivery to clients. · The Contractor shall collaborate with Write for Release, Disseminations, and JICCENT analysts and review chains to assist with successfully authoring specific releasable levels of production to address J2 requirements. · Contractor is expected to stay apprised of all FDO sharing agreements and policies to provide accurate judgement and recommendations. Required Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired Education: Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
