Celestar Corporation is seeking a Mid-level Knowledge Manager (OPAMS) supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Responsibilities: · The Contractor shall research, support development of and prepare intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA/CENTCOM, meet, or exceed DIA/CENTCOM quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines. · The Contractor shall support daily production of J22 finished intelligence by ensuring product metadata is accurate for web posting. · The contractor shall provide J22 analysts with customer service support related to messaging production-centric changes, new guidance and the location of key materials. · Organize, update and ensure Production Branch internal documents are readily available and up to date. · Support activities and organizations external to Production Branch by ensuring most up to date versions of CCJ2templates and production reference and guidance are posted to the Production SharePoint for easy J22 user access. · Assist with updating and maintaining the Production SharePoint with current documents and references. · Archive all finished J22 production after publication on a weekly basis. · Support gathering and aggregation of production metrics over time to provide reports to leaders at regular intervals. · Support all Production Branch internal teams and functions to ensure timely and accurate publishing of J22 Production. Required Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 12 years, as a substitute to the Bachelor’s degree.
