Celestar Corporation is seeking a Mid-level Graphics Developer/Designer (Media Center Support) supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Responsibilities: · The Contractor shall research, support development of and prepare intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA/CENTCOM, meet, or exceed DIA/CENTCOM quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines. · The Contractor shall provide professional support to the CCJ2 Media Center, demonstrating proficiency in video editing using Apple Final Cut, Adobe After Effects and Apple Motion. · Completes Data Transfer Officer online training within 60 days of start date and annually thereafter. · Provides customer service support M-F from 0700-16:00. · Produces and edits video and audio products ISO military intelligence training tasks, Command Exercises, and operational intelligence activities. · Coordinates, produces and directs professionally audio and video recordings of on-air talent. · Completes daily studio operations checklist and provide weekly activity reports. · Completes Recordable Media Log for assigned projects. · Conducts basic troubleshooting of studio equipment; complete video shot sheet for assigned projects; complete VTR logs for assigned projects and initiate Work Order requests as required.
Required Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 12 years, as a substitute to the Bachelor’s degree.
