Celestar Corporation is seeking a Mid-level Counterintelligence/HUMINT Targeting Specialist supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Responsibilities: · The Contractor shall research, support development of and prepare intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA/CENTCOM, meet, or exceed DIA/CENTCOM quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines. · The Contractor shall collect and analyze Publicly Available Information (PAI) utilizing TIER I/II managed attribution research tools in support of Counterintelligence / HUMINT Targeting Lead Development Operations Support. · The Contractor shall author, assemble, coordinate, and schedule Counterintelligence / HUMINT asset validation events in support of HUMINT asset validation and HUMINT source management and provide recommendations to Government. · The Contractor shall identify, coordinate, de-conflict and correct Source Operations Management Module (SOMM) database records in support of HUMINT Operational support and HUMINT source management. · Contractor shall provide team lead and/or branch chief Weekly Activities Report (WAR) input.
Required Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 12 years, as a substitute to the Bachelor’s degree.
