Responsibilities:

·        The Contractor shall research, support development of and prepare intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA/CENTCOM, meet or exceed DIA/CENTCOM quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines.

·        Employs mathematics, statics, information science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, network science, probability modeling, data mining, data engineering, data warehousing, data compression, data protection, and / or other scientific techniques to correlate complex, technical findings into graphical, written, visual and verbal narrative products on trends of existing intelligence data to leverage other IC data sources.

·        Develops and utilizes machine learning and data mining algorithms, including, but not limited to, Multiple Information Model Synthesis Architecture (MIMOSA) prediction algorithms based on open source capabilities.

·        Integrates or codes algorithms to support Government intelligence search and discovery missions.

·        Makes best-practice recommendations on managing data within hardware,

software, storage, and bandwidth constraints. Employs data science techniques to support predictive analysis, social media and crowd-source data analytics, wargaming, and strategy development.

·        Employs exploratory analysis and rapid iteration techniques of large volumes of data to quickly derive intelligence.

·        Prepares products to describe and document findings and activities.

·        The contractor shall provide support to designing objective systems architecture and integrating intelligence applications and communications to enable effective solutions for CENTCOM HQ and theater components.

·        The Contractor shall develop DoDAF derived operational (OV-1 thru OV-4) and system (SV-1 thru SV-4) architecture views for each assigned intelligence IT system project.

Required Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Desired Education: Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education

Must be able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing. Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
Team Members on Task (CONUS only, minimal or no job-related travel):
• Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• Office Type Environment with Temperature Control. May be exposed to chemicals related to office equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. General office environment.
Team Members on task (CONUS and OCONUS assignments, some travel):
• Specific vision abilities required by the job may include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Team Members deployed to a combat zone must be physically able to live in austere conditions during off duty time that may include extremes in temperature, noise, and must not have any medical conditions that require access to uninterrupted power sources.
• Team Members deployed to a combat zone will be subject to hazardous conditions which may require them to wear a kevlar helmet, individual body armor and/or wear a gas mask for extended periods of time.
